Home visits are available on request, an additional fee may be charged

SKYPE CONSULTATIONS - HOMEOPATHY

For follow-up consultations, if you are unable to see me in person and have access to an internet connection, your consultation can take place from the comfort of your own home via Skype webcam.  This is more satisfactory than telephone consultations but it is not suitable for children.

Occasionally it may be possible to arrange a first consultation via Skype webcam, for instance for clients from abroad. 

Skype consultations are not suitable for purely herbal appointments because they do not allow for physical examination.

TELEPHONE AND E-MAIL SUPPORT

You are welcome to call me between appointments if you have any queries about your treatment.  This support is included in the consultation fee (within reason!) but please keep telephone conversations brief.  Unless in an emergency, calls should be between 9.00am and 10.00am, Monday to Friday.  Questions can also be answered by e-mail.

EMERGENCIES

In a medical emergency, please contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647, or telephone your GP as usual.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All information you share with me is, or course, treated in complete confidence. I keep all my notes locked away and they are not accessible to anyone else. 

As part of my own CPD, and for additional input, I may discuss cases with my Society of Homeopaths supervisor.  Any cases presented in this way are anonymised.
